Abstrak

Microlearning is an innovative learning approach that delivers content in small, concise, and easily accessible units, making it highly compatible with the characteristics of digital-era learners. This method has been proven to enhance learning effectiveness by providing focused, interactive, and flexible content while reducing learners’ cognitive load. The integration of digital technologies such as short videos, infographics, adaptive quizzes, and gamification elements makes microlearning more engaging and increases learning motivation. Therefore, microlearning serves as a relevant strategy to improve retention, engagement, and learner autonomy across various modern educational contexts.
