Abstrak

PT Semen Indonesia Gresik Tuban Branch is supported by PT Varia Usaha Bahari in ship services and loading activities at the Semen Indonesia Special Terminal in Tuban. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the SIGMA System (Semen Indonesia Gresik Maritim Analistic) in loading MV Blue Voyage and identify the factors affecting its implementation. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, documentation, and data triangulation. The results show that the SIGMA System integrates administrative, ship service, and loading processes electronically, improving operational efficiency, accelerating information exchange, facilitating real-time monitoring, and reducing data entry errors. The main challenges include network disruptions, equipment damage, human error, and weather conditions, which are addressed through inter-party coordination, equipment inspections, and operational system improvements. The implementation of the SIGMA System supports effective ship services and the smooth distribution of cement at the Semen Indonesia Special Terminal in Tuban.
